The staff was so extremely nice! The place was really clean. I will say the room we had, the air condition unit I don't believe was working right. We would use the heat and it never kicked on, but then when we would use cool, it was not very cold either. But the staff were very kind and the room was clean and comfortable. I also will say the pool looks like it hasn't been used in a VERY long time. It is winter season though and that was not something we were looking for in a hotel this time around. Other than that a great place to stay.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is nasty and falling apart! There was nasty stuff runnjng down the walls, holes in the walls, the lock to the door was bisted along with the frame. Beds were hard as a rock and shady people that probably live there. The only reason I didn't leave right away was I didn't see any bugs, I had my dog and my pistol with me.

The only issue was the pool was being cleaned and was not in use. Very friendly staff, clean room, bed was GREAT! I have back and leg issues, the pillows and bed were very comfortable I slept well! I will stay here again.

After checking in and leaving for a show, the office staff gave a key to our room to another guest. That guest (luckily an honest person), saw our belongings and went back to the office. The guest had an issue shutting our door securely and also reported that to the office, they didn’t go to secure our room back. This could have turned very ugly, my husband is always armed and had we been in the room, would have potentially ended the situation. In return, that guest could have also been armed (we are in Texas after all). And all our belongings gone. We reported to the office staff at checkout. We found all this out only because the guest who mistakenly entered our room was at his car at the same time my husband was loading our car - otherwise we would have never known!
