Great staff all around, I had an issue with my door a few times but Jose was very helpful as the maintenance man and made sure everything was fixed personally. Jacquline was great during check in and whenever I needed something from the front desk she was right on it.

Overall our stay was very good. The staff was very friendly and Freddie checked in with us when he was at the desk. The room was very spacious. Only downside is that they didn't come to the room during our stay. We got no fresh towels.

Breakfast was above average and areas clean. Good job. Air ventilation system extremely inefficient... A reason I would have to think twice before returning. The other reason was the poor sound rating preventing quiet enjoyment.
