Just 50 meters from the beach and with a sea view, Appartamento Rosmare is a 4-bed vacation home, very close to Gallipoli`s seafront promenade and with a garage.
The vacation apartment is on the second floor of a condominium with elevator and is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, TV. Pets allowed.
The house is assigned a private parking space in the garage of the residence, at no additional cost.

Appartamento Rosmare is part of the Baia Blu Residence in Gallipoli, a convenient building with an elevator to conveniently reach the second floor.
The entrance to the house is into a bright dining room with a sitting area, ceiling blades and TV. From here one faces a large balcony with exceptional sea view, furnished with a small table, stools and sofa for dining and relaxing in the open air.
The kitchenette is well equipped and communicates with a laundry compartment equipped with an electric grill, sink and washing machine.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, one double with en suite shower room, and a double bedroom with its own shower room.

Each room is air conditioned with central heat pump system.

Appartamento Rosmare in Gallipoli is a vacation home conveniently located just 30 meters from the seafront, 50 meters from the free beach and about 250 meters from the first equipped establishment (Lido Piccolo and Lido San Giovanni).
From the seafront, with a pleasant walk, you can reach both the center of the town and the beaches of Baia Verde.
In the immediate vicinity are all the main commercial services, clubs, restaurants, bars etc. The historic center of Gallipoli can also be reached on foot, walking along the coast for a couple of kilometers.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 15 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The flat is on the second floor of a building, equipped with elevator.
- One bathroom is ensuite, the second bathroom is at exclusive pertinence of the second bedroom. 
- Car box of 5mtx3mt (large cars can enter but with swing door open).
