Overall, this is a very nice hotel to stay in. My only complaint has to do with hallway noise. I am a light sleeper, and I could hear people talking in the hallway. This could have been remedied by installing exterior style doors that have thresholds and sound stripping to block the sounds. That said I believe most if not all hotels have this style of a door.

The room was dirty, the vending machine was out of order, the elevator made a terrible noise, and it didn't seem safe. We've stayed at this hotel four times, and this was by far the worst experience. In the future, we will stay at another hotel in Gallup.

Everything was great except for one thing. It rained the night I got there. The next morning I went to my vehicle to get something and I almost slipped 3 times. The rain had turned to ice and was extremely slippery. I remarked to a few people who worked in the hotel that salt should be put out so no other guests would slip. They said they didn’t have any. Besides that it was fine.
