This was such a unique property! The only minus was that the bar and dining areas really looked more like a cafeteria and didn’t reflect the vibe of the rest of the hotel. Other than that what a great place to stay!!

Dated hotel but interesting.

Rooms are expansive although somewhat dated. Much movie star history exhibited by numerous pictures hung about the second floor. Interesting interior architecture. Elevator was somewhat clunky due to age but got the job done.

This was the coolest place on Route 66! The rooms are themed and so much fun! There were photos of famous movie stars that stayed there while filming years ago. The attached restaurant had excellent food and service. They also have an attached gift shop. Five stars!

This hotel was home to many movie stars of the 1940-60’s! It has been kept in fantastic condition and is a rare Route 66 hotel still operational! It is reminiscent of National Forest service lodges, lots of wooden beams and a warm atmosphere! The restaurant is excellent and the 49 bar is great! The bar tender has been there forever and is great to visit with! Stay for a magical Route 66 experience!

One of my favorite places to stay. Love the decor of the lobby. The room set up is great and the staff very helpful. Restaurant is great and the lobby gift shop is wonderful with many treasures to pick from! A must stay if you are traveling especially Route 66.

Took me 25 minutes to gat checked in. The fact that the air-conditioning was not working it either building. Was not mentioned until check in. Other than the lack of communication. Property was full of history and unique. Water pressure and temperature control was not good. Our room was extremely small could barely turn around in the bathroom.No air conditioning and tv service was terrible.Balconies seemed unsafe.Bar was nice and dining was a good experience.
