Spacious airy loft/condo with a dramatic ocean view from the entire unit. Let the waves lullaby you to sleep, or just enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and sip on morning coffee or an afternoon drink. The condo is located on the third floor and is a part of the fully gated oceanfront community, 'The Dawn Galveston Beach Condominiums'. This condo offers a very unique floor plan, which is rare to find (there are only 16 similar units at the Dawn) and offers an unobstructed ocean view. Condo is very spacious (911 sq ft and 76 sf ft of balcony). Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and dinnerware. A spacious dining area offers seating for 4 people. The master bedroom is connected with its own entrance to the full bathroom, and includes a smart TV with ROKU as well as a spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located in the loft area and it overlooks the living room and shares the ocean view. Master bedroom has brand new platform king size bed and loft bedroom has a new platform queen size bed, both beds feature hybrid Beautyrest mattresses with quality linen. Additional sleeping is available in the living room, where the sleeper sofa can be unfolded into a queen size bed with memory foam mattress. Additional sleeping options is provided in the form of foldable, 4 inch thich full mattress, which is located in the closet and can be placed elsewhere. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo and large pack n play for your little one.
Complex is gated with additional pedestrian access from the Seawall. It is well maintained with a tropical feeling and offers two pools, hot tub, ocean front gym and picnic area. The entire complex offers an abundance of unassigned parking (one time $30 fee per vehicle).
The condo is located in close proximity to many Galveston attractions, like Moody Gardens, several Fishing piers, Schlitterbahn Water Park, The Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens Golf Course, The Historic district with The Strand shopping area, Post Office Gallery strip, a variety of dinning and shopping opportunities and of course beaches, beaches, and beaches...

Note: There is no elevator access to the condo. The loft bedroom does not have an additional closet, but does include a dresser.

May to September, set thermostat to 73F before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

All guests are required to register at the main office and pay one time $35 parking fee and receive pool wrist bands upon their arrival.
Code for door WiFi controlled keypad will be provided before check in and will be valid only during the guest's stay.
