The property is in pretty rough shape. The beds are completely worn out. The first roomwe were in had no hot water and the soor lock wouldn't let you in.

Horrible, the room was disgusting, the floors were dirty, there was blood on the sheets, the toilet ran all night, the shower did not get hot and the pressure was just a trickle. Would not recommend.

Good hotel with comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. We liked the free continental breakfast. Great view of the ocean from our balcony. Very affordable for beach front property.

Room was great. Breakfast was good, only thing they are making is a meat option. Other than that it was perfect. Kuddos you the lady keeping up with keeping the food stocked up.

Every thing was good, the rooms walls need some repairs as you can see the cracks between the walls and the ceiling. Other than that everything was good. Staff are very friendly.

The rooms are extremely outdated to the point of looking very dirty. The key card to the room didn’t work most of the time and navigating the hotel was tricky. The tub in the bathroom had rust all over it. You can’t take a bath even though you have a tub. It’s shower only. Water was hot and the beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and the continental breakfast was decent. Location wasn’t bad. I just don’t know if I would stay there again. It’s need a remodel.

I travel a few times a year and not to picky. This place I will not stay again. One key card didn't work. It was freezing and I asked for an extra blanket, they did not have one. The shower had NO water pressure at night or in the morning. And bathroom door and corners were so dirty made me not want to take my shoes off.

Room was not clean, floors were sticky, bathtub was gross. Room stunk. Staff talked to us about the hot tub hours and then when we went to get in the hot tub was cold. When we asked about it, she said “it’s out of season”. Will not recommend and will never stay here again.

Friendly staff and good location (waterfront) Our rooms had balconies with partial view of the water (our doors were difficult to open/doors were stuck but finally were able to open them). Rooms are older and needs some updating to at least one of the bathrooms(rust on different parts of the shower tub). Appreciated the flooring (no carpet). Good continental breakfast the kids enjoyed. Only stayed for one night and it was a great value for the price.
