Love that this property has an updated feel and is in a great area for shops and restaurants. Parking and check in was easy! I was disappointed that the products (shampoo, conditioner, etc) were leftover from prior guests and had obviously been opened and used - made it feel like maybe the room wasn’t fully cleaned and made me wonder what else hadn’t been tended to. By no fault of the hotel staff, but online reviews indicated access to Galvez pool — and that is not the case.

Great property with access to restaurants and easy access to the strand. The rooms are updated with a fun industrial vibe. Perfect place to stay before boarding our cruise!

Great staff, location and fair rates.

Harbor House Hotel and Marina at Pier 21 is my go-to spot when cruising out of Galveston. The location is ideal, rooms are clean and fitting for the harbor setting, and the staff is always friendly. I was recently in a vehicle accident right before check-in, and the manager and team went above and beyond to accommodate me, helping me sort everything out so I didn’t miss my cruise. Their flexibility and compassion meant a lot. I’ve stayed here several times, and it's the great service, location, and fair rates that keep me coming back. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay before a cruise out of Galveston. Ship terminal is a walkable distance from hotel, and hotel provides a parking option for the length of your cruise. Also several good restaurants within walking distance. Being a little picky, the only negative was the complementary breakfast. Limited selection of items and very small area which was crowded.

The room was clean, quiet and spacious. We were very comfortable and enjoyed that there were shops within walking distance. The Seawall was less than a 10 minute drive.

The staff was amazing and very helpful anytime I had a question they were great at answering it. The facility and my hotel room was always clean. Nice little hotel breakfast. The hotel was at a great spot for me. It was walkable to the Strand, as well as a few other spots that I wanted to go to including the boat tours I went on. My view from my window was amazing. Would definitely stay there again and recommend.
