This hotel needs some maintenance done. The pool lights do not work and the hot tub jets don’t work. Breakfast is put up and cleaned up before cut off time. The balconies need paint and new chairs. Carpet could use a good cleaning.

Would stay here again!!

The pool was great and the a/c was great. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed having an ocean view and chairs to sit outside or dry clothes. The bathroom floor tiles were broken and the bottom of the tub was very slippery. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate our requests. We had to reprogram our keys twice in a 3 day stay. The rooms were spacious and the dove products were nice to have in the bathrooms.The free breakfast breakfast had a nice selection of hot and cold food. The pancake machine wasn’t nearly as exciting as a waffle station and kept malfunctioning. The elevators alternated on being shaky and weird but didn’t go out of service. Parking spots filled up quickly. Being directly across to the beach was a huge plus for our family. Overall I would stay here again and we travel to Galveston often.

Family fun

The front desk was always amazingly helpful and kind, we had so much fun and enjoyed every moment, highly recommend this hotel for its location and family friendliness. The breakfast team was also very polite.

Breakfast was always hot and eggs were actually fresh. Room did have a musty smell when first entering, but quickly went away when the AC was on and the door opened(probably hadnt been used recently) We have come to Galveston for many years, and this property is where we will stay going forward.

I really enjoyed the stay here I recommend visiting here especially since the beach is across the street. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed the ocean view.i did have to wait a while to check in but it was sorted quickly will be returning.

Won't stay here again. Not recommended.

Cockroaches!!! When we checked in the lights were on now we know why...The roaches go scurrying when the light is turned on!!! Hotel needs work... Floor in the room was questionable and patio was breaking apart. Elevator sounded like it was going to break down at any moment and started to move with doors open!! Employee at front desk wasn't very friendly when we checked in...maybe they were just having a bad night? Employee at check out was very nice. Breakfast was good but it was very busy and crowded as the space is small with not enough seating for everyone.
