This place was pretty nice. There is a great view of the small lake/fountain and you can see part of the ocean. Cleanliness was ok, but it seems like its an older unit because of the normal wear and tear which hasn't been kept up. The master bed wasn't that comfortable and seemed smaller than a queen. It also made really loud noises if you made any movements. It's a good place to stay if you want to pay a little less, but if you like luxury this probably isn't the right place. There were minimal kitchen utensils/pans, etc. the living room was really nice, but everything else seemed dated. They had some good ocean toys and beach towels. There was an issue with getting the resort passes. Vicassa told us we got 3 passes but we never did. The resort made us pay 25 for each person. We complained to the management company (Vicassa) but they didn't seem to care. We also had to wait for 30 minutes to get our bracelets since Vicassa didn't forward our information to them in the first place. Customer service said they would see if they can get 75 refund but I have never heard back from them.
