This location of the home is really great. It needs upkeep feels very worn. On the night of our stay the sink was not working when we arrived. We made do but not ideal given that we needed a sink for cooking dinner/breakfast etc. The hosts were very communicative on the front end which is super positive.

No sink stopper for cleaning dishes. Blankets or quilts were thin. We slept in sweats. Small living room.Loved being close to beach. Loved the open area down stairs to play. Big bedrooms Appreciated the high chair and pack n play.

The proximity to the beach was great, it was clean, but we felt a bit catfished by the pictures online. They must have been taken a while ago. The floor was in desperate need of repair. The flooring in the hallway leading to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom was soft and mushy, so much so that we had to call after only being there for 10 minutes because it was cracking and breaking, making a hole. They sent someone over and they nailed a board to the biggest problem area and placed a rug over it. The floorboards on the balcony were problematic as well. Just had to be extra careful. I was pleased that it was pet friendly though. That was the main reason we choose this place. I think if they made some much needed repairs, they'd get 5 stars.

The Property looked great in the pictures.Issues: 1)upon arrival my Grandson climbed the back stairs and coming down a step came loose and he almost fell.2) the microwave looked so bad we would not have cooked in it. I call management and they sent someone over right away. He replaced the microwave and screwed down the back stairs.. 3)Found dirty towels in the sink with dirty socks under the bathroom sink. there was dirt and dog hairs behind the bathroom door. Terrible house cleaning. 4) It was hard to open the front door. 5) upstairs bathroom had a dimmer switch without a nob just a piece of metal and it did not work correctly, a hazard. I called management again and they came out right away and replaced the front door dead bolt and door nob, also spent time replacing the dimmer switch.6) the overhead picture showed a back fence that a dog could be kept out of the highway behind the place. It was not there.It was pet friendly.. I had asked for a partial rebate for all the issues we had but never heard a thing.

The rental company themselves is very attentive and very easy to work with. I’d give them 5 stars. However the house itself left something to be desired. The bedrooms and majority of the home were just as pictured. Nice, clean, and comfy. The kitchen however was the dirtiest kitchen I have rented from. It wouldn’t keep me from renting again, but I would make sure to bring my own cleaning supplies. I only state it, so that they can be sure to follow up with their cleaning crew. The main reason I would rent again, despite the kitchen, is that the location to the beach is perfect!!! It is steps away, not crowded, and makes for a perfect beach day to come back and forth to the house with ease.

Easy access to Beach!

This house is just steps away from the beach. Super convenient. Each of the four bedrooms were very spacious and we had plenty of room for the 6 of us (3 adults and 3 children). We loved the balconies too. The outside shower and full size washer and dryer were a big plus. We thought the house was a bit run down and porch floor boards needed some repair. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders too. Having said that, kids don’t look at that and they loved the bunk beds, and the adults loved the comfy beds. We didn’t cook, but we did notice that the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the coffee that was provided. The dining room table was a bit small for our needs, only four chairs, but with the weather being so gorgeous, we enjoyed our meal at the large dining room table outside.

Quick getaway

We had a great time at this property over spring break. Great location close to the beach. A little difficult getting cars in and out because of the sand but the property was great !
