We recently stayed at this property in Galveston and wanted to share an honest and constructive review for both the property manager and future guests.First, on a positive note, the home has great potential. The exterior is very nice, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the location is a big plus—being within walking distance to the beach made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable.However, there are several areas that need immediate attention, particularly regarding cleanliness and maintenance. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the interior did not meet expectations.Cleanliness was a major concern. Upon arrival, there was trash left throughout the house, hair on the counters, and surfaces like cabinets did not appear to have been wiped down. The floors were sticky, there were visible stains on the walls, and there was a noticeable mildew-like odor throughout the home.The carpets, especially on the stairs and upstairs, were heavily stained and appeared very worn and unclean. In addition, we encountered cockroaches in the master bathroom, which was very concerning.There also appears to be mold growing in the HVAC closet inside the home, which is a serious health concern and should be addressed immediately. The mattress in the master bedroom has a large divot in the middle, making it uncomfortable for sleeping.Another small but notable issue: the soap dispensers seem to have been diluted so much that they are essentially just water at this point.
