Vacances agréables

Salva est un hôte très à l'écoute et disponible, la piscine est superbe et bienvenue car il fait très chaud. La maison a un confort simple. Le voisinage est sympathique et discret. L'autoroute passant a proximitée est tout de même très présente.

todo perfecto hemos estado como en casa

ha ido todo genial la casa esta muy bien lo hemos pasado estupendamente eramos solo 2 personas y un bebe de menos de dos años la casa es entera privada con la piscina barbacoa y demas zonas es un sitio muy tranquilo y no queda muy lejos de la playa seguramente repetiremos muchas gracias

La casa esta muy bien, con todos los servicios y un buen enclave. La piscina y la zona exterior están muy bien. Los propietarios encantadores y muy pendientes de todo. Para volver a repetir, muy recomendable.

Maison de plein pied agréable, très propres, bien équipe, le jardin avec la piscine sont décorer avec beaucoup de gouts. A dix minutes des commerces et de la plages de gandia. Les propriétaires Salva et Suny sont formidable, gentil, et donne de bon conseille, a l'écoute de nos envies et de notre confort. Dur Dure de repartir, en espérant y retourner un jour. Merci pour ces 15 jours passer

Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super mit toller Aussicht. Haus ist zweckmäßig und der Außenbereich wunderschön angelegt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Maison et piscine conforme à l'annonce

Les propriétaires sont très sympas et disponibles pour donner des informations sur les sites à visiter et pour vous aider dans vos démarches. La maison correspond bien au descriptif fait et aux photos. Par contre, il y a un petit chalet en bois qui n'apparait pas sur les photos, il se situe dans le fond de la propriété, après la piscine, il doit y avoir des chaises longues à la place sur les photos. Ce petit chalet est délimité par des panneaux en bois car il correspond à une autre location dont l'entrée et l'accès se trouvent sur une autre rue, mais cela ne perturbe en rien la tranquillité et l'espace disponible reste néanmoins très satisfaisant et suffisant. La maison se situe au pied de la montagne et les différentes plages sont vite accessibles (entre 5 et 10 km pour les premières). Quartier et voisinage calme par contre l'autoroute n'est pas très loin (on la voit de la terrasse), un peu bruyant le samedi du fait des arrivées et des départs mais les autres jours, on n'y faisait plus attention. De plus, quand vous êtes installés sur une chaise longue au soleil au bord de la piscine, vous n'entendez plus l'autoroute. C'est vraiment le top du top d'avoir la piscine privée rien que pour nous. Les enfants prenaient leur petits déjeuners et tout de suite après ils étaient dans la piscine. Que du bonheur ! Nous sommes ravis de notre première expérience de vacances en Espagne (30/07 au 13/08/16). Soleil et chaleur chaque jour mais la terrasse où se trouve la table est ombragée ainsi que plusieurs endroits autour de la piscine se trouvent à l'ombre grâce aux arbres présents. Nous retournerons en Espagne et nous réserverons de nouveau via le site homelidays en toute sécurité.
