Service wasnt bad. However it was slow. I ended up having to pay a security deposit which i was 100% unaware about while booking. Upon entering the room it was visibly dirty. I had to clean the room myself before i was able to continue my day.

Person behind the front desk was on a personal call, he didn’t ask if we were checking in, wasn’t wearing any kind of indication he was staff, and a sign on the check in desk said the staff member was away and would be right back. So we assumed he wasn’t there to check us in. 10 minutes later, he asked if we had a reservation, and started to check us in while continuing on his personal call. The bathroom door doesn’t latch, there are scuff marks on the walls…
