The stayed was great but the housekeeping was terrible we stayed for 4days and they never came to clean our room. Staffs were very friendly unfortunately outdoor pool was close and one of the main indoor pool was unavailable. Hopefully next time we can experience both pools.

We had persons knocking on doors. Possibly teens, when trying to report it we discovered the hotel phone did not work at all . Very concerning I had to call from my personal phone, thank God I had one … they did promise that security would come up and take care of the disturbance . All phones in all occupied rooms should work in case of emergency … Other than that a very good trip to celebrate our grandsons birthday ..

The hotel had trash in the elevators and hallways. They charged me 40.00 for pool access on the day we checked in even thought the pool was closed already. And no one told me that they charge 35.00 a day for parking even as an overnight hotel guest.
