The property features air-conditioning and is situated on the first floor (with a lift) of a historic two-story building. The light-filled living/dining room has plenty of space for relaxing and enjoys leafy views of the surrounding area through two sets of double doors that open onto Juliet balconies. This area is furnished with a sofa, a double sofa bed, a large wardrobe, a dining table and a flatscreen Smart TV. The separate kitchen is fitted with a Moka coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Outside visitors can enjoy the wonderful mountain and lake views from the residents’ garden, relax by the lake or take a dip in the shared outdoor pool. There’s even space for alfresco dining and a BBQ area for guests’ use.

This holiday home is ideally located on the tranquil western shores of Lake Garda, in the pretty village of Bogliaco. This small hamlet is surrounded by olive groves and lemon gardens, offering travellers the perfect blend of culture, history, and lakeside charm.

The grand Palazzo Bettoni (a 5-minute walk), one of Lake Garda’s most beautiful villas, dominates the waterfront with its Baroque façade and terraced gardens. From here, a lovely promenade leads to the marina (a 2-minute walk), where you can watch sailboats drift across the lake, take a ferry across the lake or enjoy a coffee in a quiet café. Bogliaco is also famous for hosting the Centomiglia, Italy’s most celebrated sailing regatta.

Nearby visitors can also explore the historic centre of Gargnano, the fragrant Limonaia La Malora lemon house (a 20-minute walk / 3-minute drive), or the serene San Francesco Church (a 7-minute drive), dating back to the 13th century. For nature lovers, scenic trails wind up the hills toward Monte Gargnano, offering spectacular views of the lake. There are several restaurants and a grocery store within a 5-minute walk of the apartment.
