We checked in very late because of a medical issue. They had no record of our reservation, even though I had called the day before to alert them of a late check in. It worked out okay, but definitely caused some concern.
They told me they didnât use Hotels.com⊠what is the problem ???
I am from Australia. Twice I wrote and cancelled my booking which was completely ignored. The hotel went ahead and charged me plus the exchange rate. If a hotel doesnât read their emails how can they go ahead and treat people correctly when they arenât even there? I would never recommend this hotel.
