The parking was horrible. The parking lot was very tight up top. The garage parking was terrible they have poles in each parking spot and it’s very tight in there. Tight to the point where people are parking over the line to not be closed in their car by the pole that’s in every spot.

There was broken glass at the corner where the firehouse was, and it was not cleaned up for the days we were there. Parking is a super tight squeeze with a larger vehicle. Elevator was broken so only 1 of 2 worked. Should get that fixed. Overall our stay was great! Not to far from the strip and was very clean!

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, well-organized, and felt super comfortable. Housekeeping was consistent and professional. On top of that, the location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation, which made getting around really easy. It’s a quiet area but still right in the heart of everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean hotel with a great location!

Everything was excellent with hotel, but when I arrived they gave me a suite with a king bed and I had reserved a double queen suite. After a wait they gave me the correct room I reserved but Expedia needs to avoid those mistakes specially when hotels are crowded.
