I really enjoyed the Pawnderosa Cabin. It was big and spacious. The host was welcoming. The cabin was clean. The jacuzzi and pool was clean. The family had so much fun that we are planning to do it again.

House had not been cleaned when we arrived. They did send a cleaning crew immediately , but it was late at night with a lot of sleepy kids. Cleaning crew was nice to come so late but had to rush so lot's of things were overlooked. Pool table was broken and had missing balls. Putt putt was unusable (trash, old and rusty). Porches left a lot to be desired. We had a bear break into our car on our second night and there was glass everywhere so we had to spend an entire day fixing that. Obviously not the owners fault , but be aware that's a possibility. Bedrooms and beds we're very cozy and comfortable!

Celebrating our mother’s 75 birthday! We were so excited and I must say very spacious especially for a lot of people. Plenty of room to relax,beautiful view and if you’re planning a large group for the holidays this place would be great. Large kitchen lots of room to cook and enjoy! We loved that part of it,watching the Ala/Tn game with room for many to enjoy.The rooms were nice and clean. The loft was a big hit with the children, bunk beds,a full bath and a beautiful view. All the game tables and the bar, plenty room to entertain.The only thing I wish was update the photos. A few things could have used some TLC.The mini golf was terrible with trees and weeds. Nothing like the picture shows.We had several young children with us on our trip and the mini golf would have been a hit. Since the weather was still beautiful I just thought it would be usable. The mini golf is my reason for the 4 stars. The decks are nice with plenty of sitting room. Nice rocking chairs,gas fire pit, nice outdoor kitchen. So many nice things just disappointed about the mini golf. I understand it’s in the mountains with trees and leaves since we visited in October but the pictures show a beautiful mini golf that isn’t. Thank you for helping us make our mother’s birthday a great one!

We had so much fun staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool and the movie theater the most. This cabin has literally EVERYTHING. The cabin does need some TLC though. The kids were excited about the backyard but it was overgrown with weeds and just run down. The chairs in the movie theater didn't work, and the deck desperately needs restained. Overall though it was a nice cabin and my family really enjoyed our stay.

Super fun and unique cabin! It was cozy but still had plenty of room to relax, and the setup made it easy to hang out and enjoy the time there.Only recommendation, no towels for the pool. So bring your own or if you have a big group!

All in all, our stay was wonderful. Although the house is breathtaking, a little bit of maintenance and cleaning could be improved. The mini golf/bowling back yard was very disappointing and unkempt, we didn’t even want to use it. The propane tank for the fire on the back deck was empty, so we had to take one from the grill on the front porch, which was no big deal until we were finally able to grill and that one was empty and impossible to unhook and replace with the one from the fire. None of the recliners worked in the living area or the theater room. I guess we just expected a little more care for the price of this property.

Bear country

Very big, nice house! The back yard was basically, torn up. Our kids didn’t use the pool, but once. They enjoyed the ping pong table, pool table and foosball table! There was a lot of room to spread out, and nice beds and pillows. We did see bears at our house. The drive up the mountain is a little scary! Communication was wonderful!

Great Family Cabin

This cabin is gorgeous and very spacious. The view from the two porches is beautiful. The kitchen is big - big enough for large families - with two refrigerators, two stoves and two microwaves. My grandchildren loved the indoor pool, and also the home theater. The one disappointment was the backyard - which did not quite live up to the photos. The cabin is conveniently located to all the Gatlinburg attractions. The host, Paola, was very easy to work with and very responsive to texts.

Gorgeous Place but needs some TLC

This property is gorgeous and has a lot of great amenities, views, etc. While overall a really great place to stay, the A/C unit on the middle floor went out twice while we were there. The outdoor mini golf area needs attention as some places have missing turf and a lot of weeds growing throughout the play area. Overall a nice play to stay.

Spring Break Trip

Cabin was well located in the mountains with wonderful views. The host was quick with responses if we had issues or concerns. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was enormous. There are two refrigerators, two ovens, and two microwaves. It was fully stocked with different pots, pans, crockpot, coffee makers, etc. We enjoyed the pool, hottub, ping pong and billiards table the most. We will definitely recommend and return!

Fun space!

Our family loved the ability to have separate space and fun shared space. The main level allowed Grammy to have few stairs for most of the day, morning/night. Our youngest teens loved the loft and being kids on the bunks (both even choose top single bunks lol and used the bottom bed to store items.) The lovely is the main floor so close to family gathering time also The second floor down our kids loved the poker table and those two rooms worked great, even though all beds were not needed. It was cool to look over at ping pong and talk down stairs as needed. We were “snowed in” two days, but that did not stop pool time (third floor down) and the teenagers loved the hot tub while watching it snow! They also loved the theatre room! Note, the roads were very taken care of. We were worried, but watched and saw how safe the neighborhood is taken care of even with two days of snowfall. The location is near downtown Gatlinburg and near pigeon forge (where you need to shop for groceries). You do need to bring your pool towels and seasoning for kitchen.

Huge Cabin with a great location.

It was just me and my 2 girls with Plenty of room for a large groups with lots of beds. They all seem to be Tempur-pedic mattresses and newer. There is plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy for all ages..The host is great and answers questions quickly.The cabin is a few years older than the pictures shown and can been seen when walking around looking at everything. Also with that being said please when you book a place take good care of it, so others can have your same experience. I always leave a place better than i found it ,so we all can have beautiful places to stay and owners want mined sharing.The pool is heated but some may think it’s a little cold. Only 10 minute ride up the mountain if that and it was not bad roads where easy for us!Thanks…
