Property badly needs updates, it’s definitely an older one. I’m sure the location makes it a bit more difficult to make major renovations as it’s on the side of the mountain. The view is gorgeous, and no issues getting into the area. Our unit was a two BR, with one queen and two twin beds, fine for our family of four. Beds were quite old, not comfortable. One of the kiddos slept on the couch but it wasn’t much better. Bathrooms were in poor shape as far as fixtures and need updates desperately. Overall a decent place for a base camp while visiting the area.

Really cool!

Definitely one of the best views of the smokies, very peaceful, wifi works well and the bed was very comfortable! Just 18 minutes from Gallinburg downtown and I think it is worth it the drive even though my car isn't AWD and I was afraid about the weather (I would never stay there in rainy or snowy days). I had issues to open the door with the code they sent me and my cellphone wasn't working (no connection), it would be much better if the had someone there to solve issues like that, thankfully my boyfriend could call them and ask for help. I would definitely go back there even thinking that they could make some improvements.

The unit was about 25 minutes from downtown gatlinburg. 7 minutes up mountain, but not a bad drive. Not much around, so youre best bet is to make your own food. This particular unit was very clean, but dated compared to other onsite properties. Was comfy and we enjoyed the view. If you're afraid of heights, the porch may be scary. No better view of the smokys and that was for sure.

This was an excellent place to stay with our family. We had an amazing Mountain View and it was easy to get to. We had a lot of great communication from the manager. It could use some simple cosmetic maintenance, but over all it’s great and we would stay again.

We had issue with door lock waited outside sometime around 15min to reset the password to enter the property, only one AC for the living room and bedroom the other bedroom has no AC, one nightstand was broken when we got there, after we left the management try to charge for it, even we had a video as evidence, so make sure you take pictures and video of the place if you needed for future reference. The location great, no noice, relaxing, great view from the balcony, parking front of the building. I really recommend and will visit again.

The unit is A104 was exceptionally clean.. the view was absolutely beautiful. The communication was very quick and accurate between myself and the property management company. The area with the pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it very much. Only complaint or I guess suggestion I would have. When I was booking the condo, the photos they have are misleading. I was expecting more of a updated unit from the photos I was looking at. And I assume those are options but the one that we stayed in was a little outdated. Carpet definitely needs to be changed out our deep cleaned. it wasn’t dirty, but definitely had set in stains. Outside on the balcony, the view was absolutely breathtaking. But I thought my daughter was going to have a mini heart attack when she first walked out because of spiderwebs that were accumulated around the balcony and one ugly spider looking at use. I obviously knocked it down. But maybe they could spray outside and housekeeping could make sure that is tidied as well. As I said the inside of the unit was very clean. Overall highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
