In the shower the water stayed in the tub while showering and the heavy brown blanket had another persons hair on it. Balcony had spider webs and a bit dirty. The staff however was amazing so big kuddos to them. The other downfall was the parking at the hotel was $15 + taxes ouch a bit steep.

Great stay

This was a last minute, weekend getaway for myself and my husband. We were pleasantly surprised with the room! We booked a hot tub room and it was very nice! We were able to relax in the giant tub and even though we didn’t use the fireplace I imagine how romantic it could be in the winter months.The room was clean and comfortable…the only thing I could suggest is a better quality mattress. Maybe we are getting old in our 40 years but the mattress was pretty stiff. However, I would definitely return to this hotel. The pool area was great and we were happy to see a slide that wasn’t in any of the pics! Patking (even though you pay a daily fee) was great. Without hotel parking we wouldn’t have been able to find a parking spot. The location is just about as perfect as you can get. Another plus was the free breakfast in the morning. This was an actual LEGIT breakfast with all the good southern stuff like biscuits and gravy. I Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, couples trip or family! ( ps-apparently this hotel has some guests who never leave👻 just google it if you’re curious!)

Loved that we were close to downtown!!! Bed was squeaky but they came right away and replaced… Downside… water was barely warm at about 10-11 pm. Wish breakfast was a little different each day!

Think twice!!

The hotel is very dated. One of the hot tubs didn’t work. Beds have zero comfort and no life left to them. Rooms are not very clean, hair was found on our linens and bathroom was gross. Lastly the staff that checked me in was beyond rude.

I do not recommend this property. The elevators take over 20 minutes to reach you and them theyre full. Took the stairs from the fifth floor throug staff hallways and shady areas. Property charges for parking! Staff were rude when they patked illegally and blocked us in. Parking spots are extremely narrow. Getaway means relax no stress. This stay was nothing but stressful. Run from this one. The only nice thing from this dated hotel was the river views. Smoke free property but area for employees to smoke and high fines if guest are caught.
