We have stayed at over a dozen different houses in Gatlinburg, we had a favorite and have stuck with it the last 3 visits but it was not available for this trip. We were sad about that until we arrived at Serenity. The views are immediately spectacular, so good that people often stop in the street out front to take pictures of the view that you have right off your front porch. I tried taking pictures of the mountains that would do them justice but I can’t. When on the top porch the feeling is like the mountains are so close you could reach out and touch them. There is also beautiful views of the city lights. The house is new and no expense was spared from the high end pool table, air hockey table, hot tub, electric reclining couches and USB chargers on the nightstand. Also the parking area is enormous and flat!! We are used to staying in Chalet Village where there is alway a traffic jam when leaving at the visitors center intersection. Not here, you have quick access to the national park and a few ways to get into town and avoid the traffic jams. The beds were comfortable, the sheets and towels were good quality. We loved it here and hope to back!

Trip to the Smokey’s

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity cottage. The cottage was super clean and just minutes to the Great Smokey Mountain National Park as well as the restaurants and shops in Gatlinburg. The view was amazing. This was our second stay at Serenity. I would highly recommend the cottage to anyone visiting the park and Gatlinburg. The cottage is beautifully furnished and also has a super nice game room for the kids. We plan on visiting again next year.

Gorgeous Cabin

We came to Gatlinburg for the 2nd year for dance competition. After staying in a not so great Condo the 1st year we decided on this gorgeous cabin. 12min uber ride to downtown gatlinburg convention center. Cabin was perfect for our family of 4. Could have fit 2 families of 4 comfortably. Definitely recommend this cabin and if we come to Gatlinburg again we'll be staying again.

Great Clean Cabin close to Gatlinburg!

Been to Gatlinburg quite a bit over the past 15 years, this is first time coming with our kids, and it was great! The cabin is setup perfect for a family, the kids loved the bunk beds and games! Excellent location close to downtown Gatlinburg, and amazing views. Super clean too, which is my big one

Amazing Cabin

Zack was an amazing host. He was very thorough in communicating with us. He suggested all the cool things to do in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge etc. it helped us plan the trip and fill in the gaps while we were there. As far as the cabin it was amazing! The views from both balconies are stunning from sunrise to sunset. The cabin was clean, kept, and decorated with all things Christmas.Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen, coffee bar and bathrooms. The cabin is in close proximity to Downtown Gatlinburg and Ober Mountain, which gave us plenty to do daily. When we stayed in the kids kept busy in the game room and loved playing the arcade, air hockey, games or watching tv later in the evenings. Thanks so much for an awesome stay we will definitely be back.

Excellent cabin and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well equipped. The host was very informative. The views from the deck are absolutely outstanding. The location is also very close to Gatlinburg and the Spur. We even saw a bear out behind the cabin. Overall, an excellent property and highly recommended.

Highly recommend!

The property is very well appointed and those views! The property is exactly as described and a quick drive into downtown Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the evening with a glass of wine and the lower deck in the morning with coffee. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Cabin was perfect. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. Location was ideal as it was just minutes to the park and downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. View was incredible. We will be back!

Boy's Weekend Getaway

We had a group of friends stay here over a weekend for golfing. Great property for 8 people, and could be family friendly too. The full time neighbors didn't seem to like the rental property being next door, but otherwise was a painless stay!

Just Gorgeous

This cabin is conveniently located only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. But you’d not know it given the scenery, peace and quiet. The interior is immaculate and we were never short on space, supplies or activities for the kids us at night! The decor is stylish and practical. It’s the first trip we’ve had, and we’ve had a lot, where everything about the place was perfect. I highly recommend this cabin!

The Most AMAZING place to stay in Gatlinburg

4 days ago This was absolutely the best propert I’ve ever stayed in, in the 30+ years of coming to Gatlinburg. It over exceeded my expectations. So much attention to detail! And it was decorated for Christmas, whic was the icing on the cake! So close to everything . I think staying at the cabin was more fun than anything else. It is brand new and still has the new house smell! Came to celebrate my 50th Birthday. Will definitely come back to celebrate again! Property manager is kind and a very good communicator. Thanks again for the most AMAZING trip ever!!!!
