The Mountain View was beautiful!! I loved how everything was a walking distance. Didn’t have to look for parking. We could leave our vehicle at the property and walk to Dowtown. Will definitely becoming coming back!!

The condo met our needs. It is convenient to walk to the Gatlinburg strip. The cost is reasonable. The gas fireplace was not working, so I called and maintenance came right away to get it going. It is an older building and could use some updates. This was the second time we have stayed at Gatlinburg Chateau and I am sure we will again.

The room was ok, very old, outdated and smelled like my grandma’s place. The pull out bed in the sofa was broke, the bed spread had stains on it, the chairs were stained but is close to the strip. Check-in and out was contact-less and they are very responsive via email. Overall ok for our short stay.

The place was clean and conveniently located at the end of the strip. But I thought the rating on Expedia was higher than it deserves. The elevator broke halfway through our stay so, ended up walking 4 flights of stairs and 2 more to the parking lot and another flight to street level, every time I left. I did get a partial credit for the inconvenience. Probably won't stay here again.

The only thing i didn't like was that the Freezer didnt keep our stuff frozen seemed like it needs to be turned down cooler. Other than that we loved it and we will be back again to sray .

In general, it was good. My only real complaint is that the kitchen is very tight and there is very little space to actually put any groceries. And in the tight space, it would have been helpful if the refrigerator door and some cabinets opened the opposite way from what they did. As it was, the space was very tight and the opening of these doors made it even more awkward.

We had a wonderful time. There was only one issue, there was a bear that spent a lot of time at the condo. It was fun for pictures but sad to learn the bear would probably be put down before she became aggressive.

Had what we needed!

Stay was great, had everything we needed for the family. Could use an update on the AC but it was cool while we were in town, and the fire place worked well! Great location and great view of gatlinburg!

On arrival noticed parking was limited then unloading luggage noticed nothing is handicap friendly there were a not anything other than stairs we had to pull luggage up to get to the elevator. Then we get to room it was not clean I had to clean it, limited dishes no washing machine or dryer as any condo I’ve rented. To top it off it was roach infested. I do not recommend this place at all!!
