the staff were above amazing as there were some issues with a Expedia making changes to the reservation( my screw up). First Hotel I have been to that has hammocks and outdoor games, as well as some outdoor grills to enjoy the outdoors. some nice restaurants nearby to dine at. mountain coaster is within walking distance of the hotel as well.

Love this place!!

The price is so affordable and we loved having a balcony to sit and enjoy the babbling stream and lush green landscape. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Hillbilly Golf is across the street so we always go there when we visit Gatlinburg. I highly recommend this place!

My only complaint was the weather. It rained all 3 days. However, the comfort of the room was spot on. Very roomy and we loved the balcony overlooking the river. Breath taking.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast wasn't the best. Needs more parking space, but all in all we'd stay again. Staff was very friendly, and helpful. Room was clean. Maid service was great!
