comfortable property but some things lacking or needing repair and given it was on the higher end of price for comparable properties I was disappointed. 1) there was a sharp metal brokpiece in hot tub that scraped my kids foot, could have easily cut her. 2) most windows in the house would not open, that's against fire safety. the host sent someone to fix a few, but one berm never did have a window that would open. we wanted them to open for safety and b/c it was stuffy even with the AC running 3) host stated there would be a small amount of basics like coffee pods, laundry soap etc... there was not. he did send coffee, which was nice, but we had already at that point made an extra 1 hr trip back to pigeon forge 4) no food transport items at all, no cooler, food storage, baggies etc... which is odd for a higher priced rental 5) only 1 fan for 4 bedroom, no ceiling fans in bedrooms, my kids fought over the 1 fan and I went without and had a lot of trouble sleeping b/c it was quite warm on the top floor even w/ AC as low as possible (68). the owner did send fans over after the first night 5) water in both showers does not get hot, just warm, and pressure is VERY low in the master. 6) hot tub was dirty. - the good was we slept comfortably, beds were nice, furnishings were nice, we had fun with the pool table, and the views are nice. was surprised owner didn't offer discount for first night with no fans when we explained we had trouble sleeping. overall okay, but overpriced
