I had no issues with this cabin it was clean and the host let us check in early you have to call them to get the trash picked up I thought that was kind of weird but not really just never had to do that before the only thing I didn’t really like the driveway has a steep hill so you got to smash the gas getting up the driveway or you might get stuck but the cabin was cool never had a issue the only time I called the host was to get the trash picked up 10 out of ten

All of the rooms were clean and set up well! Very family-friendly and in a great location for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Host was friendly and responsive. When we come back to the area, we would stay again if available!!

We had a great time staying at Hawks Crest! The house was spacious and beautiful. We loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom and that it was accessible for those with mobility issues.

Wonderful getaway cabin

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We chose this cabin for our sibling family reunion and couldn't have been happier. Parkside was so prompt willing amy needs we had for additional items, and they were so helpful and pleasant. This is a peaceful getaway cabin and is beautifully appointed. The online photos do need updated though. One of the jacuzzi tubs has been removed from a bedroom, and the grill is now 2 park style grills. So be prepared for that. And watch out for the neighborhood bears. We saw 3 different large males while there. It was exciting, but you need to use caution!

Peaceful cabin

The cabin was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms with the jacuzzi tubs. Sitting out on the cover deck just listening to nature was so relaxing. The cabin was close to restaurants and grocery store so it was very convenient. The rental place was close by also and the staff was very nice

Family Reunion

This cabin is amazing! 5 en-suite large bedrooms! Downstairs is a virtual game room! We enjoyed every minute we were there. Plenty of gathering areas and at the same time room for privacy. We had a hiccup with the air conditioning while there and it was addressed immediately and satisfactory. We would definitely stay here again if we travelled with a large group again.

Great place to stay

This is a beautiful cabin with all the amenities you could ask for. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with fireplace or tub. Huge basement with pool table and games for the kids. The drive to the cabin isn’t too far up the mountain with very nice views. We would definitely book here again and the staff is great. Always answered the phone.

The house is lovely, but needs a larger water heater for 6 bathrooms. One in our group couldn't fill her jacuzzi tub beyond a few inches before the water went cold. We wished there had been board games or movies.

Family Reunion

House is perfect for seniors. You can get access from down stairs and a ramp up stairs. All beds are king/queen size with private baths. Kitchen could use some serving bowls. We had enough plates, pots and pans nut no serving bows. Great location. Close to a Foos City and down town Gatlinburg. I’ve already recommended to some friends.

Exciting cabin with all the amenities!

We picked this property because we were excited about 5 separate bedrooms each with their own bathroom, plus jacuzzi tub, fireplace, and TV. Most of these extras went unused, and a few electric fireplaces weren't working properly (probably just needed to be reset at the box), but this cabin had plenty to do and we easily could have slept more and for longer quite comfortably. We loved that the outdoor jacuzzi was already warm when we arrived, and enjoyed prepping breakfasts and dinners together in the kitchen. Plenty of seating, space, and parking. Also, just 10 mins from the town of Gatlinburg with provided parking there which we appreciated, and only 15-20 minutes from some great hikes in the Smokies! We weren't aware that the grill wasn't on the deck and that the place didn't come with charcoal or grilling tools until we checked in. We would have appreciated an earlier heads up or an ability to check out grilling equipment from the office. Overall, we loved the place and would definitely return.

Just what we needed

It was great. We loved the place. It was great for 60 year olds. Didn’t have to use the steps. Nice big table to sit around and talk. And the couches were comfortable. Would come back again.
