Love this place, will be back soon.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect…until the last night. Some noisy neighbors came in and yelled and slammed doors all night. The accommodations could not have been better. And it’s not the hotel’s fault that some people don’t have manners. We will be back to

The employees and the room was great. We have stayed multiple times but first time in Room 103. Room did appear to have some construction being done that wasn't completed in the area of outside wall in bathroom area. But the only major downside was actually the mattress on the bed......it killed the back. But overall the stay was fantastic as always.

Great location.

Great location. Comfy bed. Hotel rooms are old, but have been renovated. Nice chairs on the balcony. Easily walkable to all of Downtown Gatlinburg.

Good value, clean, comfortable.

It is a clean hotel with all you need for a short vacation. Outdoor pool only, but looks nice. Close to Anakeesta, the Aquarium, and downtown, all good walking distance. Parking is free, which is a plus right in Gatlinburg. We have stayed here twice now, and liked it each time.

Couple's Retreat

Have stayed here for years, way before the remodel. Always liked it because it is clean, even when the rooms were "dated". The remodel is nice but I would caution to keep up with the little maintenance issues that arise. Bathroom door was busted at the bottom, sink stopped up, inside of refrigerator was broken and little areas that were blemished. These things would not keep me from staying her but they are the things that will add up over time, making the property look rundown. I REALLY like this hotel and want it to stay nice.
