Property owner was very helpful and responsive to all our questions!! Location, the view, and the accommodations were perfect for our family. Felt secluded but close enough to everything. When our kids walked in they loved the view and then saw the games and even more excited.

Attention to details

Most everything you would want is in the chalet. Beautifully decorated. Games, pool table, teen appeal as well as adults. Great hot tub. Nicely located near Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the National Park.

Lovely mountain top home

Wonderful place to stay!!! Plenty of room & very comfortable! Unfortunately, Not enough forks supplied. And, wasn’t supplied well with some basics for the bathrooms & mostly kitchen. Of course, this didn’t ruin our time. We had a great time!!!

Wonderful Place!

We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The bedrooms were spacious and everyone was comfortable. Everything was stocked nicely in the bathrooms and kitchen. The game room was fun for our downtime in the house.

Cousins Trip

We do a girls cousin trip every year in November to Gatlinburg. We have stayed in several different cabins through the years (this is our 22nd year) and all the ladies thought this was the best cabin we have stayed in. The view is beautiful, and the cabin was very clean. Hopefully we will be able to stay again in the future. Thanks for sharing your cabin.

Family Get Together

Our family came from both sides of the mountains and this was a beautiful place for us to spend time together. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean and had every thing that we needed to enjoy our stay, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to come to the mountains for a visit

Great Stay at Red Roof Chalet!

Great house, plenty of space for 8. 3 king beds were great to have. Nice game room, video games, hot tub. Parking for 3 vehicles was nice! Highly recommend!

Fantastic chalet with incredible views!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chalet this week! Although we had to cut our trip short by a day due to the awful hurricane Helene weather, we had a great stay! The chalet is exactly as described, if not even better! The location is very close to the parkway and you can even drive down the mountain, park at the welcome center, and ride the trolley into both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Susan is an incredible host with very prompt communication. We would absolutely stay again!

Gatlinburg anniversary!

My husband and I celebrated our 49th anniversary with our family at Red Roof chalet. The cabin is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and still come together for family dinners. The views are fantastic! Hot tub was a big hit. We did see several bears. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful family retreat!

This beautiful chalet marked all the boxes! Beautiful views from deck, wonderful kitchen and dining area, spacious bedrooms, game room and hot tub enjoyed by everyone!! We were able to park (2) F150s comfortably. We would highly recommend this beautiful place.

Perfect in every way!

Great location to everything. Nice tennis and pickle ball courts right across the way. Pool was lovely (but 2 people from our family got stung by small bees). The red roof chalet was amazing in every way. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. Views were great and we had fun using the game room! Susan was a very responsive host.

Yay for the Red Roof Chalet!

We had nine family members and our dogs and had a great time. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean! We loved the community pool and walking in the neighborhood. Keep an eye out for bears. We did see a few and did you know they can open unlocked car doors?! We all loved it. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Motorcycle trip to the Smoky Mountains

Motorcycle trip with 6 people. This home was Perfect. The house is large enough that everyone had their own space. Two patios with beautiful views. Full kitchen 3 full baths. Road up to the house is a bit tight but it was fun on a motorcycle. We stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend.

Great Choice for Smoky Mountain family vacation

This location worked out very well for my family. My husband and I had our two adult kids with their spouses and four kids (ages 3,4,12 and 15). There was plenty of room for everyone. The location is between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (up a windy road...most are). Make sure you lock your car doors as there are bear in the area. One broke into my daughter's van (filled with leftover Wendy's bags from their trip with two toddlers). Fortunately, no damage was done to the van...just a trail of garbage. My husband walked out the door just as the bear was exiting the van...Highly recommend this property for your trip.
