Everything was perfect! The home was very clean, easy to access, and the perfect location close to downtown yet private. A lot on property for entertainment
 yard games, indoor fun, awesome hot tub setup, and an amazing fully stocked fire pit. We used the charcoal grill each night, and had every utensil available that we could possibly need. The trolley stop nearby is very convenient, and the walk into downtown Gatlinburg was nice! Two families, PLENTY of room! We will be back!

Absolutely loved this place. We truly enjoyed it. Had a few issues with WiFi and the tvs but overall the hot tub and house was very nice. Can’t wait to stay there again in fall 2026
 also thought the bears were cute until they scratched my car then I thought otherwise lol.

Perfect location! Amazing views!

We stayed end of May. Everything was great! Kitchen fully stocked. Had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap etc. We walked to town every day. Also walked the other direction to get ice cream and a funnel cake which was all great! It was about a 15 minute walk. The house is situated on a steep hill for the amazing views but definitely walkable for our whole group. House was clean. Beds were comfy. Make sure you lock your car doors at all times and don’t leave food in there because bears. Management very responsive. Would highly recommend!!!

Great vrbo and location

Was in town for an event at the sports complex down the road, this rental had a great layout for two families traveling together.Location allowed us to walk to downtown gburg (pr take the trolley) easy and it was a 10 min drive with no traffic to rocky top sports complex grocery etc.

Beautiful

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with my family. The view was breath taking and we enjoyed how close we were to downtown gatlinburg. That was so nice and convenient. The hot tub was also awesome, our experience at this home was the absolutely perfect. They also put a Christmas tree up for Christmas

A “beary” great place to stay

The house is beautiful and is exactly as presented. We were really looking forward to spending time outside using the grill and fire pit but the neighborhood bear visits every day preventing extensive time outside. The location to Gatlinburg was perfect, close to the store, and easy to get to Pigeon Forge.

Gorgeous Gatlinburg Getaway!

This vacation rental was the perfect fit for our family of 10. The home was decorated with intention. We felt right at home. The photos do not do this property any justice. Early mornings on the decks sitting quietly watching the bear cubs play was absolutely magical. The hot tub and the firepit were a perfect way to end our evenings after a day downtown. We would love to stay again in the fall.

Perfect!

My family vacationed in Gatlinburg and stayed in this beautiful home. It could not have been a more perfect home base for us. The house was phenomenal and the views were breathtaking! The home is in a quiet, private location, but was still so close to everything we wanted to do. We were even visited by a bear the morning we left to head home! There was plenty of space for six of us (including 3 angsty teenagers!), and the hot tub was an excellent bonus. This home was really the cherry on top of an amazing vacation, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Home away from home

Went to Tennessee to celebrate my 30th birthday and needed a place to accommodate 6 people. This place was perfect! We even had additional space so everyone was comfortable. If I’m ever back in Tennessee, I would hope this location is available. Would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

The house was roomy enough for all 7 of us, plus a baby and a toddler. We appreciated the on site high chair and pack and play. The outddoor fire pit was our favorite evening spot. We loved it!

Wonderful Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. My family drove from South Florida and my brother and his family (with my mom) drove from Massachusetts. The first drive up to the house caught us off guard a bit, but we got used to navigating the steep road! The house and location was perfect. With 5 adults and 4 kids there was plenty of space to stretch out. Much of our time was spent on the decks and using the fire pit. We even got to see the local wildlife! We saw a bear, a bobcat, and even a deer! Lots of fireflies at night too! There was a grocery store close and we were so close to downtown. Anytime we did downtown Gatlinburg we drove to the first garage and parked. That way we avoided all the traffic! Coming home after our adventures we had the ability to cook, play games and cards, and after the kids went to sleep the adults enjoyed the hot tub! Views from the house are as spectacular as the pictures show. Great property in a perfect location!

Best View in Town

We had a great stay at the cabin on the hill. We got spoiled with the views on the decks overlooking Gatlinburg, the hot tub, and fire pit. The road to the cabin is small and easy to miss, but once you are on property it was great. Defiantly keep an eye on keeping the doors closed. We had a bear visit us on both the first and second floor decks. Overall great experience and we would go back.
