I was expecting more after reading some of the reviews online. The room was extremely outdated. The pillows were terrible! The room was noisy and the neighbors were extremely loud. They stayed out late on the balcony smoking and their smoke smell was doing our room, which was nasty. The air conditioning fan wasn’t working properly. Overall, it was a mistake to book there. I’m so glad it was just for one night as we were passing through.

My family and I took a getaway trip to spend time together, and we were pleased with the place. It was terrific, and the price was a pleasant surprise given the location. However, we were a bit disappointed. The rooms only had a small 32-inch TV, and breakfast wasn’t included. That was the only downside of this place. After all, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms have been remodeled and are very spacious and nice. The staff was great, even the cleaning staff was very friendly. Only a 2 minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg and 1 block to the Great Pancake house. We will be back.
