Late checkout was super helpful, and the hotel was better than expected. It is not really walkable from the main drag though. We thought we'd use the trolley, but instead we ended up driving down and parking. We found a central lot for $15, so it worked out fine. Pro tip, with the noon checkout, you have plenty of time to do Anakeesta when it opens at 9 and still make it back to pack up.

Excellent stay. Lovely hotel in the Smokey mountains. Lovely pool. Restaurant food very poor and expensive so make sure and eat in many of the lovely restaurants in gatlinburg town instead.

This is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg proper. Close to downtown, but not down in the middle of the craziness. Beautiful views of town and the surrounding mountains. Kids loved the water slide and pool area. The hotel is classy and offers great breakfast. Stayed over the July 4th weekend and were able to watch the fireworks/drone show from our balcony! Easy access to the national park. This was my 4th time staying here in the past 9 years. Will stay here again and again for years to come.

They hotel was very nice and friendly staff. They have limited handicap parking though. But it all worked out. They definitely need more carts for luggage too. The pool was absolutely fabulous! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great also. We had a good time and the stay was great.

Beautiful property with some of the best views around. With the added convenience of a free trolley system to most things local, restaurants/bars and ample parking this place was a very smart stay! We will be staying again in the future!

Maintenance men were supposed to come look at the AC when we left for the day, but when we returned at 8 pm, they still hadn't showed up. Front desk said he would send them up right away and they did show up quickly and resolved the issue. Housekeeping hadn't shown up to clean the room when we went out on our second day, so we had to find someone to refill the coffee supplies and towels. Most of the hotel staff was friendly. Water pressure was good. There were no pens and paper in the room.
