Gil and team were very gracious and accommodating and kindly obliged when we asked to stay another night. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfy for our large group. The amenities were great with things to do close by and Dollywood was our main attraction for the wknd. We loved the mini golf in the front yard and would have used it more if the weather allowed. We did have a very smart bear visit during our last night and knew how to open car doors so be sure to lock vehicle doors and stay inside after dark. Aside from our inquisitive visitor, we all had a GREAT time and highly recommend this place. Thanks Gil!

The cabin was exactly as described. The location was good for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Gil was quick to respond to any messages and actually reached out to us. Check out was easy as well. We had the added surprise of seeing two bear at the cabin!!

Check in was a breeze. Kitchen is small, but functional and has everything you need. The space is beautiful anbd clean and beds were very comfy! We enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg.

We had a huge range of ages and there was something for everyone. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. The baby items were so nice to have. We enjoyed the fire pit afte a long day of exploring. The communication was great and they were very accommodating

Great location

Property was clean and functional. Property location was great. Great nature spot but centrally located between gaitlinburg/smokies and pidgeon forge. Nice little park for kids within walking distance as well. As a plus also got to see two bears throughout our 4 day trip right in the front yard.

Great spot!

We enjoyed this house very much! We discovered you can hop on the free trolly just at the end of the road (2 min flat walk)! Loved the fire pit and proximity to atteactions! We had 6 adults and 2 kids including a baby and the house met all of our needs. Property managers were very responsive!

Peaceful and convenient

This cabin is in a very peaceful location, yet very convenient to Gatlinburg and the National Park. The first floor is perfect for a family with kids; bedroom with bunks for kids, bedroom for parents and a game room in the center. You will find this cabin very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. You’ll love the fire pit and sauna.

Great place! Owner very responsive before and after stay. Kids had entertainment inside with game room and outside with front yard golf and fire pit. Very close to main roads. Additional bonus of well kept kid/dog park just a few minutes walk from front door. Nice setup on TV's and Internet for quick connectivity and additional entertainment. Amenities inside above average and appreciated with basics all covered.

Long Weekend Stay - pretty close to perfect

Spent a long weekend at this cabin with our teenage/adult kids. Great location making it easy to get to all of our activities within Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The house is charming and super clean. My family especially loved the fire pit with the festive lights. Fun add ons like the putt-putt and arcade games definitely add to the sparkle for kids. We had more than enough space for all to spread out. It was easy to communicate with our hosts and I appreciated their clear and easily accessible information about the rental. We had one small issue to arise with the dishwasher and they were prompt in advising us how to proceed. This house also has a hot tub. We did not get to use it because we were so busy with all the activities in the area, but it is located by the back door so in cold weather you don't have to walk to far to get in and out. Highly recommend this home. It made our fun weekend complete and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall Great Stay

Two of the bathroom showers had hair in them. Almost every dish or utensil we tried to use had to be washed before hand. I had to clean the kitchen before I felt comfortable cooking in it. Other than the cleanliness issues overall great place to stay. No other issues.

Beautiful cabin, extremely comfortable!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday with family at the cabin. The host was in constant communication and even notified me that I could check in early if I wanted. The cabin was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Everything was good, the property is beautiful and feels very cozy and comfortable and the details for the kids specifically for babies like the gate for stairs and the high chair (I brought my own but it’s a plus) are definitely a 5 stars for me!

Super stay!

Property is really nice. It’s very clean and has gone through a well done renovation. Lots of little extras that make for a great stay. Each bath had cotton swabs, cotton balls and plenty of shampoo and body wash. Hand soap pumps and every sink. Family enjoyed the mini golf and video games. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. Had a great time!

Superb place to stay

We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday week. We had a fantastic time relaxing with different parts of our family on different floors. The family with kids had the lower floor, the rest had the two floors upstairs. The games, hot tub and mini golf were used extensively. The kitchen is a little small for a holiday meal but we made it work. The lighting was a little dark when it was an overcast day. The hosts communicated quickly and resolved our concerns. Overall, we would stay here again!
