Perfect stay for an early flight from Gatwick. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom was clean, checking in and out was easy. The hotel is located within the South terminal, our flight was from the North terminal but it was quick and easy to jump on the shuttle early in the morning (around 4.30am). Would definitely stay here again for an early flight!

The property is unique as far as an American is concerned. The rooms had just enough space for our luggage. This older lady was not comfortable climbing over my husband to get in my side of the bed, especially with a bad knee. All in all it served it's purpose.

Great stay and super convenient!

You literally come out of the lift to reception and have fast track security on one side and security for families on the other. The hotel was modern, tidy and clean, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of, was the bathroom being a small ish size wet room, the toilet paper was getting wet and so was the floor in the bedroom, which seemed to be a material designed to absorb it. I didn’t find that overly clean, but it didn’t smell or anything. Fine for a night. Overall a very positive experience, the staff were 5 Star, the rooms were really nice, they were small but not cramped or overcrowded and had everything needed for a convenient stay even with a baby and a toddler!
