The capsules themselves are good. Comfortable beds and decent showers. Unfortunately the capsules are partially stacked on top of other capsules. The person in the capsule next to me arrived late and was extremely noisy. The capsules have poor noise insulation and it was difficult to sleep. Considering that this is the sole purpose and reason to get a capsule is to catch some sleep before early flights this was very frustrating. It was an expensive waste of money on a short night without any sleep.

You get what you expect although I was surprised at the climb up to the bed. The shower did not maintain an even temperature switching frequently from tepid to almost unbearably hot several times.
