THE GARDEN AND THE LAKE The property features a fenced garden of approximately 500 m² that leads directly to the shores of Lake Varese. The space is shared with the owners' family and is available for guests to enjoy moments of relaxation. From the garden shore, guests can use the two-seater canoe provided with the accommodation to explore the lake freely.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS The house is conveniently located close to all essential services: restaurants, bars, pizzerias, and a mini-market are just a few steps away. The property is situated right at the entrance of the 27 km cycling and walking path that circles Lake Varese. The location is ideal for exploring the beauties of the region. In a short time, you can reach suggestive destinations such as Lake Maggiore with the famous Borromean Islands, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the Sasso del Ferro panoramic cable car, and Angera Castle. Also nearby are the Sacro Monte di Varese (a UNESCO World Heritage site), Lake Lugano, and Lake Monate, renowned for having some of the cleanest waters in Italy, perfect for summer swimming. Lake Como, Lake Orta, and the city of Milan are all easily reachable in less than an hour.

THE APARTMENT The 70 m² accommodation is located on the first floor (no elevator) and boasts triple exposure, ensuring brightness in every room. The living area consists of a lounge with a lake-view balcony and a kitchenette fully equipped with all main appliances. The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two twin beds (one of which is a pull-out), a comfortable desk, and a functional clothes rack. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer; there is also a small service balcony. For families with small children, a travel cot and a high chair are available upon request at no extra cost.
