Atendimento ótimo Pessoal muito atencioso Café da Manhã muito simples. Eu resolvi, nesta viagem pontuar os cafés da manhã. Comparando com o de Poznan eu dou nota 2 para o do Focus. O quarto era bom,mas não adequado a pessoas da terceira idade ppr causa da escada com degraus muito altos.

Allt var bra utom AC som var bullrig, man hörde den Àven frÄn andra rum. Lyhördhet var ocksÄ ett problem, man kunde höra folk prata, skratta och stöna, antagligen genom ventilationen.

Fint renoverat rum med toppenlÀge, lite dammigt pÄ hotellrummet dock. Frukosten hade inte sÄ mycket valmöjligheter och det var ofta slut sÄ man fick ta det som fanns. Var vÀldigt lyhört i rummen.

Ask for extra chair becoz the rm has only one chair and we are two. The bed is located upstair that is why it is better if tvey have two chair downstrair when their guest are two persons. The breakfast is the same dor the 3 days. Better if they somehow changes some of it per day

Rent och fint hotell med bÀsta lÀge i Gdansk

KÀndes mÀrkligt att inte trÀffa en enda mÀnniska som jobbade pÄ hotellet men allt fungerade vÀldigt smidigt. Vi kunde bÄde checka in och checka ut digitalt utan problem. Hotellets lÀge var kanonbra och rummet rent och fint. NÄgot enkel frukost men helt ok! Vi kan tÀnka oss att bo hÀr igen.

It is really not an apartment, it is more like a hotel room, but not with the room service you expect from a hotel. OK breakfast was on the first floor. Very good restaurant - Cesky Port - in the bottom floor. Only minutes away from the Old Town. Recommended if you do not need full hotel service.

TÀtÀ hotellia ei voi kutsua huoneistohotelliksi. Huoneessa ei keittiötÀ tai mitÀÀn sen kaltaista, ei edes perus vÀlineitÀ tai minijÀÀkaappia. Portaat huoneessa olivat kamalat ja pitivÀt hirveÀÀ ÀÀntÀ, ajattelin, ettÀ ne lÀhtee irti. Koiran tai lapsen kanssa matkustavalle portaiden kanssa mahdoton yhdistelmÀ, ylhÀÀllÀ isoja reikiÀ, mistÀ pelkÀsin isonkin koiran tippuvan. Siisteys ok, jonkin toisen elÀimen karvoja kuitenkin tarttunut jostain lakanoihin. Asiakaspalvelu ja yhteydenotto kamalaa, en saanut vastausta viesteihini koko 3 pÀivÀn aikana, huonepalvelu ei vastannut vaikka kutsui ja siivousta ei suoritettu kertaakaan. Joten ei tÀtÀ oikein hotelliksikaan voi kutsua. Huoneiden lÀpi kuulee toisten puheen. Petivaatteet kohtuulliset, mutta ei kovinkaan hyvÀn hotellin tasoa. Ei avainkorttia tms. aina sisÀÀn koodilla niin ulko-ovesta kuin sisÀovestakin. + Sijainti erinomainen ja keskustaan pÀÀsee kÀvellen helposti ja nopeasti. Ikkunan alla tehtiin kyllÀkin remonttia joka yön lÀpi. PÀivisin ei remonttia tehty. + Todella tyylikÀs ja moderni sisustus
