Great family / pet friendly option for Geneva

Great hotel, location is excellent with family (opposite shopping mall with food mall there); with automatic-free Geneva travel pass, also located in front of bus that goes to both Airport / train station and downtown. For pets, also good (small park outside for walking). Wasn't informed of CHF20 fee for dogs though. Breakfast (CHF25 per adult, kids eat free) is worth it (nice decent selection). Only 2 qualms (as with most hotels): 1) AC system is nonsensical / user-unfriendly... we just switched it off (I think, couldn't understand if that actually worked!); 2) only 1 hook available for 4 wet towels (family of 4)! PUT IN MORE HOOKS or TOWEL RAILS! Overall a solid stay!

FREE BUS Tickets during your stay, No Need ride from Airport to the Hotel ad viseversa, Bus No 10 will pick you up right outside the airport exit gate to the accross the hotel at Balexert Mall, going to the airport with your bags, catch the same bus no10 at infront of the hotel the right side accross the Mall, straight to the Airport, So Convenient Hotel with very helpful hotel staf. Convenient hotel close to the airport.

Convenient hotel close to the airport. Room was cosy but fit 3 beds. There was a half bath and another room with shower/sink and a bar sink which was convenient for our family of 4. Parking is available on the premises. Airport shuttle isn’t provided.

Good clean and well maintained rooms, serviced every day. Location excellent for airport and quick transport to the city. Breakfast was good but expensive (as is everything in Geneva). Local shopping centre across the road. A good hotel for a city visit if you are out and about every day.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and helpful, our family room was perfect for the 4 of us with a separate toilet to the bath/shower room. Breakfast was great with a big selection and buffet style which is great with a family. Thank you for a great stay.

Clean and modern facilities. Nowhere to hang towels so they can dry and be used again. ‘Paper’ cups in the room - better to have something re useable and more eco friendly.
