Dirty! check in was a hassle.

The property was very dirty. There was used soap left by maybe the previous customer. Furniture was very old, dusty. overall apartment was very dirty. i doubt they clean the bedsheet. the bed in master bedroom is an old bed, already broken, but there is a piece of wood placed under the mattress to contain the bed. no wifi. 14 inch TV (my 4 year old niece asked, what is this?). No toilet paper. when checking in i have to contact three different people. I initially contacted the number given in the booking info, then was given another number to contact, only to be given another number. 3 People just so that my family can check in!
