Hi Red, Thanks for your review. All comments are being reviewed and we are undertaking a transformation project for 2018. Hoping for more improvements in the near future.
There's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. A terrace, an arcade/games room, and multilingual staff are also featured at Ryokan Muntri Boutique Hostel. Self parking is free. This George Town hostel is smoke free.
