This is such a great condo in an excellent location. We have been West Bay loyalists for years but it’s gotten too crowded with the new construction and are so glad we tried a different side of the island. The condo is well-equipped for cooking, has a wonderful view of the sea, and had the beach essentials we needed (chairs, umbrella, cooler). The pool is clean and a good size. The beach was so nice for watching the sunrise every morning with coffee (the perks of having a 5 year old who wakes us up at the crack of dawn). The host always had timely communication - check in and check out were a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Caribbean paradise. There was a sunken ship that we could see from the main bedroom. We swam to the ship and saw a variety of fish, you just had to swim over the turtle grass. There was really nice sand and several conch shells on the shore. We rented a car and saw many attractions on the island. Our favourite was the Queen elizabeth botanical garden, even the teens enjoyed it and saw blue iguanas, a racer snake, and variety of different trees and flowers. Another favourite was swimming with the stingrays and coral gardens and spotts beach to swim with turtles.We went to star fish point, parrot sanctuary and enjoyed cemetery beach to snorkel and see more fish.Overall a great experience and would recommend this location on the beach.

Our second stay - did not disappoint!

We've stayed here a few years ago, and booked again because of our great experience the first time. Vicki is wonderful to deal with, the condo is clean and comfortable, and the location can't be beat. Highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Cayman! We will be back.

Our stay at Caribbean Paradise was nothing short of fantastic. The location was amazing, right in the center of Grand Cayman, and 15 minutes or so to world famous 7 mile beach. The beach and swimming pool at Caribbean paradise made for excellent memories for my family and we enjoyed The Caribbean sunsets off the Sandy Beach nightly. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay with your family or group of friends, away from the busy 7 mile beach area—I would highly recommend booking a few nights at this exceptional condo.

Love this property!

Love the view of the ocean. The size of the kitchen is wonderful. The owners are responsive and efficient. We had a small issue which was addressed immediately. It’s a perfect place for us and is within walking distance to our Caymanian family.

Great place, exactly as described.

We stayed ten nights with our 13 and 11 year old. The condo was great! Plenty of space, even with the 13 year old using the pull out bed. It never felt crowded or cluttered. Really spacious place!! We loved the pool and private beach. The pool towels were a great touch, and it was so convenient to have the washer and dryer. Just fifteen minutes or less from the airport, and easy access to Georgetown and Seven Mile. Having Smith Cove right there , just a few minutes drive, was an added bonus. I’d recommend this place for sure!!.

We had a really nice stay and in fact extended it because we enjoyed it so much. Beautiful comfortable modern condo, spotlessly clean and bright. very comfortable, quiet pool and a great location to explore in any direction. the only downside - the beach right in front has seagrass to not good swimming - but if you walk to the right a bit you come to a lovely sandy point with great swimming and beautiful sunsets. we snorkeled the wreck front which made for a nice snorkel.

Great Location

Repeat visitor/renter of this property. Has everything needed for R&R. Mother hen and her 11 chicks strolled by every day to visit. Pool is less than 10 yards away and the beach is a 20 yard stroll off the patio. Highly recommend and will try to use again.

Great location

The home was close to everything. The pool area was right outside the slider and was usually not busy. The diving was great, plenty of boat and shore diving available. Overall great place with everything that you need. With a beach 40 feet away they have chairs and umbrella.

A really nice and recently renovated property. Very clean inside condo, but also outside as there is a maintenance crew that keeps the grounds immaculate. Beach was feet away and the swimming pool was within a short walk from the patio. Neighbors are all owners and very friendly. Stop at Foster's near the airport before heading to the condo. We would highly recommend to others.

Nice spot, very close to a quiet beach just South of Seven Mile beach. The beach is not as nice as Seven Mile beach with some weeds in water but nice for a break from the business. A nice little swommming pool to lay by. Condo was quite nice and very clean. Short distance to the awesome little swimming grotto. We really enjoyed that spot and only a 2 minute drive from Condo. I recommend getting a vehicle when in the Caymans to get around to all the spots. No rrgrets staying here.

Cayman Quick Stay

Property was excellent and clean. The view from the deck of the shipwreck was amazing and our nightly walks down the beach to view the sunset were rewarded with awe-inspiring views. We spent little time in the condo, but had everything we needed for our short trip. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Caymans. It was a short drive to Spotts Beach where we snorkeled with turtles each morning. The drive to Cemetery Beach was not too long and we loved that area the most. Fantastic snorkeling wherever we went, including out to the shipwreck in front of the condo. Special vacation made even better by our condo as a base of operations.
