Kitchen utensils are so worn out and dirty that I won't be using them to cook a meal, so the kitchen is basically out-of-service. Also, the TV set doesn't work. The apartment in general is not maintained too well. That said, the host company is very responsive to our requests for tissue papers, except that the bath towels are very old and used.

The room and kitchen is dirty. dust underneath the beds is thick. For 6 nights stay only 2 toilet paper, no hand towel . Just 2 bath towel. Utensil need to be replace ( forks bended, frying pan has a wave like the ocean, pot to reheat my soup is filthy with burn thick black ) , stove top not working and dirty with grease including the cabinets. View is excellent. No communication at all , I texted and phone with no reply for my concern at one point the lady declined to give me her name and hang up. She said she is the host and advice me to call the management, called with no reply eventhough I left a voice mail. No hot water for 2 days then reply me in 24 hours later on how to turn it on. People talking in the hallway in the wee hour.

Checking in was very straightforward, hence it was smooth. Cleanliness of the unit was not that bad, despite the bed giving me a few nights of endless scratching. All the furniture, utilities and utensils were great but sadly there was no extra plastic bags for rubbish. The view was magnificent, especially at night.

Hotel is in need of modernization . 2 sun beds for 41 floors HELLO , no towels at the pool , no sun lounger covers. Room had to sad excuse for towels ??? So much so we went and purchased some bath towels . Never ever have I had to do this. general property was dirty . I would not stay here again

They say you get what you pay for !! . Very noisy from other guests above, road traffic noise and racing cars and bikes even on 38th floor . The bedding quality or lack of was poor. The general inside was very poorly maintained, dirty walls fittings etc. The pool is great but 2 working Sun loungers and 2 very dirty cusions for everyone is not satisfactory. We went out and purchase decent bath towels . They were a joke with what was provided . We would not stay again .

The rooms could be a little cleaner. The water pressure for shower was very low. The elevator was out of service and we had to use the stairs to carry all the suitcases. They allowed for early check-in and late check-out, which was extremely helpful. And, the communication was excellent. We would stay again.

These appear separately owned apartments, managed by one company. We didn't score well. Bed ok and clean. However apartment wasn't maintained. Poorly stocked and not catered for when we asked for basics. No filters in AC unit, and we had to argue for 3 days after getting sick (recirculating dirty air) for new filters to be installed. We were told to wait until someone else checked out so they could take the filters from that unit. Hotels didn't want to do anything, the managers only finally acted when we threatened to leave and demanded a refund. Pool OK but not maintained. Katana - Never again

Property is a bit noisy when neighbours are stomping about or dragging chairs, one was till 2am. The apartment goes full depth of the property so good sized rooms, Blockout on the kitchen windows needs improvement as the security lights penetrated all night. Overall a good property and value for money

A nice apartment, comfortable bed, great air conditioning. It could use a little decoration and we were without hot water on several occasions but over all there was good street food markets in both directions and a couple of grocery stores nearby for snacks…not a kitchen for cooking meals in. Bus stop nearby too.

I've stayed at this building before with another company, and was very happy with the apartment, but this time they had no availability, so went with Little Cabin. I'm reviewing it as a less expensive option; even then, there were spilt cleaning products on the dining table and bathroom floor, as well as clothes that had been left by the previous guest. Several of the sheets also had discoloured patches on them. The condition of the walls were not ideal with many marks present. The towels were thin, no hand towels or dish cloth supplied. It was suppose to be an apartment for 8, but there were only 2 mugs (we bought 2 more). Be aware that house-keeping is weekly. The parking spot was convenient, and the location is close to food and shops, so would definitely stay in the same location again, albeit with the other company (which appears to have as many properties), which appears to have better fitted-out offering and daily house-keeping if desired.

This is the room they gave us, -Aircon leaking and the resulting puddle of water caused my wife to fall. Contacted the host and they tried to blame it on an open window/door which were btw closed. -spider webs all over the house -soiled undergarments and vape by the washing Machine

The mattress was slightly stained, perhaps the housekeeping team did not notice during check out cleaning but the team was very responsive and offered to change the bedsheets immediately. Property was slightly worn but clean. Property is walking distance to malls and there are convenient shops just downstairs, there’s also pool and gym facilities. Overall a good stay.
