Beautiful property, room, and rooftop pool/hot tubs. Check in was rough and was given 2 free drinks due to inconvenience. Unbeknownst to me, I had to buy 2 entrees at a restaurant to get the drinks. I was told by the "big boss" that the concierge had told me that this was a condition, which wasn't true. Needless to say, that whole situation was screwy, but other than that, I enjoyed my time there.

We hit the buffet. So we did not have the free breakfast. We totally enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were beautiful the elevators get a little confusing. We were there with a group of people and we’re not able to access the floors they were on and that made it a little difficult. As far as trying to meet up.

The room was spotless and smells fresh. The service was awesome. I marked it 4 out 5 stars as I asked for a room close to the elevator as I had my mom with a cane and they placed us closer to the stairs. The lounge and swimming area was very clean and had courteous staff.

I was very surprised on how well everything was. Lovely hotel. A great room setup. Quiet and romantic. Amazing views. Awesome jacuzzi and inside pool. Close to everything. Wish there was more restaurants and i wish i won more in gambling other than that i will be coming back. I forgot to use my rewards card but definitely gambled two days. Hope thats enough for some comps. I ate at the 24/7 three times. Thank you for keeping us entertained.
