Hotel was clean and breakfast well stocked. Rooms were very worn and dated. Rug had wrinkles for tripping hazard, chairs had ripped upholstery, lamps were rusted. Need some upkeep but very quiet and clean.

Very nice hotel

This is a great hotel for anyone looking to explore downtown Atlanta. We went to a game at Mercedes Benz Stadium and were able to walk to the stadium and back without any problems. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very small and the pocket door didn't close very well but it served it's purpose. The only negative was that our room keys stopped working after one day of our two day stay but the desk staff got it fixed very quickly. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a little difficult to figure out initially but once the desk clerk explained what we needed to do we didn't have any problem. I would certainly stay again if I find myself in Atlanta.

The front desk staff at late night was very accommodating in checking us in and in moving us to another room due to the highly noisy people next to us. great location will definitely return.

IMO- Won't Stay There Again

The good: 1. The hotel is close to the Stadium where my son attended the soccer game. 2. Good breakfast spread. The bad: 1. The bathtub does not drain well. 2. The room has almost no soundproofing. The ceiling cracked when there was a movement in the room above us. The hallway noise sounded like someone was right outside our door. 3. The TV is awkwardly positioned in the room. It's too far from the beds, and you cannot see what's on TV well if you lie/sit in the bed. Nor can you watch TV comfortably from a wannabe sitting area. 4. There's a balled-up towel in our closet.

Good stay for the price in the area! Room was nice and clean. Quiet for the most part. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately we were approached by very persistent homeless people multiple times in the hotel parking lot. Not really the hotels fault but my wife definitely felt uncomfortable going out there herself. However there seemed to be a police officer in the evenings hanging around the hotel and the outside. So that made us feel better. Breakfast was okay, nothing crazy but saved us a few dollars each morning. Plenty of food/store options within walking and short driving distances. Overall I would stay here again, especially if I’m going to the Mercedes Benz stadium.

The room was fine. The breakfast was delicious and the restaurant next door (Paschal’s) had fantastic food. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is because every time you walk outside, there is someone there pan handling. I was approached three times walking to the restaurant and back and asked for money. Perhaps the hotel security could do a little more to make sure guests aren’t approached in the parking lot and surrounding areas.
