Every thing was great until I went to get my breakfast an sumbody decided to tip they self 7 dollars off my card with out my permission.. I been trying to get in contact with some one but everybody failed to handle the problem I was in room 702 my name is Keyana Jackson my initial total was 12.07 an when I checked out an left somebody added a 7 dollar tip making my total 19.57 with out my permission an I don’t appreciate it an I would still like for this matter to be resolved

Check-in time was 4:00 p.m. We made it a little after checkin and was told our room was not ready. We had to wait an hour before we could checkin. Upon entering the room we realized our tv was not working. It took about another hour to correct this problem. We also were to have robes in our rooms. I had to request for them and didn’t get them until the next day. I definitely could have stayed at a different hotel for the price I spent.
