Located on the sunny hillside of Gérardmer, this functional and well-equipped cottage welcomes you all year round. You can enjoy the large ground-floor terrace with breathtaking views of the Pearl of the Vosges. You can admire the Hohneck, the Vosges ridges, and all the surrounding mountains. In summer, you can enjoy the lake and water sports, and in winter, you can easily reach the ski slopes located opposite the cottage. Sledding and cross-country skiing are available on site. A fitness trail and snowshoe trail are 1.5 km away. La Mauselaine ski resort is 3 km away and 1.2 km from the town center. The cottage is located in the owner's house. Separate entrance. Entrance hall with ski locker.
Raised ground floor:
- 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 baby bed).
- Living room with TV (TNT), single sofa bed.
- Kitchen with dining area, raclette and fondue set.
- Shower room. WC.
Oil-fired central heating. Utilities included.
