A fine stay as always.

Our stay was excellent, as it has been the previous several times we’ve been here. The hotel is clean and well-kept, and the town has a number of amenities within a few blocks walk.

Great location in downtown Shippensburg. We were in town for baseball games and stayed here. The location was great, restaurants all around us in walking distance. Perfect option

One of our rooms was VERY hot when we got there. Its the dead of summer and they had it heating..The toilet did not flush properly. It appeared as if somebody had jumped on one of the beds. The other room we had did not have a properly functioning door. It was OPEN when we got there. Now that is quite concerning. This room was ridiculously cold. The front desk lady had absolutely no clue what she was doing. Everyone needs to learn, yes, but give her more knowledge to work with before putting her there by herself.

The lobby was nice, but once I got up to the room and saw that it was two queen beds instead of a king I returned to the lobby and was told by the front desk that because I booked with a third-party, it couldn’t be corrected, it left me kind of frustrated. The room was gross with a stained pillow, and the bathroom was gross and I couldn’t take a shower cause I was just grossed out altogether.. it was unpleasant.

Bathroom not cleaned. Toilet had urine droplets on it and pubic hair. At check in had to wait on customer service person to you English translator via cell phone. Continental breakfast was powdered eggs and soggy sausage, considering there was a restaurant on site. Only plus, centrally location in nice area of town, but parking is difficult.

I made my reservation for 6-7-25 I even called and spoke with the front desk to confirm I would be late because of the storm when I arrived I was giving keys to a room that had a lady inside already very unsafe and unprofessional horrible experience for me and my kids my epileptic daughter had to sleep in the car pissed!!!!!!

Clean and quiet

Stayed here on a whim. Had very mostly good ratings on hotels. However, there was a concern because one person wrote about a problem. It was obviously not a problem. He wrote in all caps, which is usually a sign that someone is strange. We had no problems here and the place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

Great place to stay in Shippensburg!

A charming older building in the center of Shippensburg that has some great modern amenities. Polite and professional staff and a very well run restaurant to eat at downstairs, would highly recommend this Hotel if you are in the area!

Dirty room

Pros: The man at the reception desk was lovely, very nice and helpful. Cons: DIRTY. We arrived and our sheets were visibly dirty. We switched rooms and in the new room comforter had stains and the shower was dirty, it clearly wasn’t cleaned and there possible mold on the ceiling. There was also patch work on the walls that had yet to be painted over.
