This was very nice only draw back I gues some kind of dog thing was going on and the dogs which were clean dogs were around the table where you eat at breakfast. I have two dogs but they are outside dogs and I love dogs but that needs to be not allowed. Other than that this is the place to stay.

Clean, quiet, comfy. What more could you ask for?

We stayed at the Hampton Chambersburg when in town for a family wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and room temperature was easy to control. Appreciated having a full size ironing board and mini fridge in the room. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Location was convenient with nearby restaurants and attractions. Gettysburg is only about a 45 minute drive away so some members of our party were actually able to do a tour there the morning of the wedding. Other family members who stayed at a different chain's hotel in Shippensburg weren't nearly as happy with their accommodations. Would gladly stay here again if we're back in the area!

Staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. Would have liked to have been advised about the room being pet friendly and given a choice. Was wondering why my allergies were acting up, it me as I was leaving that was why there was a pet doorhanger. LOL Breakfast was decent. especially the waffle station - 2 different flavored batters, toppings included chocolate and caramel toppings, whipped cream, sprinkles, maple syrup, butter, jams.

We were just here in an overnight stay during our road trip, but this is the place I will stay at in the future when in the area. Very quiet clean and comfortable. Several very good restaurants just down the road. Highly recommended!

Generally Clean Hotel but Filthy Pack and Play

The hotel was generally clean and had a nice breakfast selection, but the pack and play they provided was disgusting — stained and clearly overdue for replacement. Thankfully, I had brought my own sheets, but no guest should have to use something in that condition. If this hotel wants to be truly family-friendly, they need to invest in clean, safe pack and plays and provide proper bedding for them.
