Rooms- the rooms were very specious and well kept. Very high tech i.e. scanning key before selecting floor. Easy to request for room service and 'do not disturb' Easy control of the heating. Breakfast- excellent spread of food and choice. The best breakfast I have had for a long while. Minimum 10/10 rating. Staff- nothing to fault. Great level of service and staff very friendly and approachable. Very professional. Location- great to get into town very easily with cabs/Uber. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning.

Best stay so far. Clean room, modern design, big desk for writing and enjoying coffee, pillow bed comfy, toilet clean and shower all working very well. Very very comfortable stay. Property clean and staff excellent. Approach to hotel felt like an industrial estate and view from window the same. Car is necessary to go into town. Lighting in dining room too dark at breakfast, and not enough light in room for reading. Good car parking (surface and underground) at a reasonable rate.

The room service food at night was terrible for such a great hotel.. the room was fantastic. The hotel is amazing…. but the room service food at night was literally like microwave food. So disappointed taste like cardboard! Apart from this, it was fantastic stay
