Room was super, great views of the Marina. We stayed New years eve and we're in our room early but we couldn't hear a thing. Only fault we didn't find the food particularly good, it was ok, the staff we're uninformed about which reastraunts were open. They shut then to prepare for the parties which was fair enough, but I would have thought the management would have made a decision and told them what was what. We also had an issue with service in the bar at happy hour, they forgot to get us our drinks but still tryed to charge us for them.i didn't think they were that busy either.

I fel I’ll with flue A and I phoned up in advance to say I was ill and was told they would talk to the hotel then was told if I rang the next morning they would definitely change the date or give me a refund I said but will I loose my money was told no I wouldn’t he’s name was Omar. I rang next morning to be told I was put down as a non turn up and I explained what I was told but they still said nothing can be done and I lost £218 of my money very disappointed and put me off using this company ever again

Every aspect of our stay was fabulous. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. Our housekeeper Gloria was friendly, efficient, thorough and respectful. The Gastrobar staff was friendly and offered fast service. The breakfast is always kept fresh and plentiful. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the marina. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great! I would recommend not staying on the pier side on a Friday night, it’s party central all night and while it’s muted you can still here the music and people very late into the night(morning?)

The view from the balcony was phenomenal looking over the marina. The rooms were clean and had lots of amenities. Staff were lovely and room service was 24 hours

The staff was excellent. Front desk agents were friendly and very welcoming. The restaurant staff was attentive without hovering and courteous. The rooms were clean, well furnished, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. There were plenty of options and it was kept fresh and hot/cold at all times. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip to Gibraltar.

Room was immaculate, we were offered an upgrade for an extra £20, but we declined on this occasion. We had a great view of the Ocean Village, but it was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings. But with the windows closed and aircon on, we didn’t disturb us. All the staff we spoke to were really lovely and helpful. The cocktails were amazing and great value, and a happy hour 5-7pm was brilliant. Breakfast was also really lovely, good choices and staff again were kind and caring. I used there sauna twice during our stay, again really clean, lovely and hot and a lovely view of the marina. Both times I had it to my self. The showers were hot and powerful. Really could fault the resort. You are surrounded by restaurants and bars of Ocean Village, so even if you didn’t want to eat onboard, you are not far from plenty of choice. The town centre is only 5-10 mins walk away as well. I was worried about feeling nausea on the boat, but it’s so sturdy that you couldn’t tell it wasn’t on land. Thoroughly recommend.

This is not a 5* hotel, it's situated perfect for the shopping centre is the best I can say for it. The room was clean but tired, bed is excellent, however it was not a good night's sleep due to street and hotel noise, towel were rock hard and threadbare, tea & coffee was ok if you wanted no more than one cup or just fruit tea. Definitely not worth the £280 a night price tag
