It is perfectly equipped and recently renovated by a prestigious decorator. It has 2 complete bathrooms (both with shower).

It is located in a tourist area and although it has no garage or parking is the parking of the Molinón stadium about 400-500 meters.

Great location in Gijon!!

We spent two weeks enjoying Gijon. Condo was across the street from the beach at one end of the beach walkway. Views from the condo to the park and hillside were beautiful. At a quiet end of town but near Calle Aguado for drinks/restaurants. The busier/trendier parts of town were about a 30 minute walk. The condo was clean and comfortable. The ability to do laundry was a plus. The only critique I can think of was the small master bath but we made it work for the short time we were there. We will be back!!!
